FAQ

Before the first call.

How long does the rollout take?
+

We agree on the timeline together. Internal reviews and available dates determine the start, and some steps run in parallel.

What does our IT need to do?
+

Provide a contact for testing single sign-on together and, if wanted, the LMS integration. We take care of the instance, hosting and maintenance.

Who approves content and quiz questions?
+

Your lecturers. We set up the course together, and only what lecturers approve is published.

What support is there after the start?
+

Email support, regular check-ins on usage across your institution and a usage report as the basis for further expansion.

After the first run you know which lecturers use OneTutor, where your learners need support and how it lands in teaching.
