As part of the webinar registration process, we collect the following personal data: first name, last name, email address, company, and your position/job title.

‍Purpose of Processing

We process your data to conduct the webinar (sending access details, reminders, recordings/materials) and for follow-up purposes, including further information about our products and offerings.

‍Legal Basis

Processing for the purpose of conducting the event is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Follow-up communication is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest consists in providing relevant further information to individuals who have actively expressed interest in our offerings.

‍Retention Period

Your data will be stored for as long as a legitimate interest in communication exists, or until you object to the processing. Following your objection, your data will be deleted without undue delay.

‍Disclosure to Third Parties

Your data will not be shared with third parties. To conduct the webinar and follow-up communication, we engage processors (e.g. LinkedIn, email service providers) who are contractually obligated to comply with data protection requirements.
